Here are a few perks of getting your jab taken care of. Get some free Budweiser In celebration of our road back to the bars, Budweiser is offering free beer to anyone who shows proof of vaccination. Now through May 16, you can enter to win a $5 debit card towards a free beer wherever Budweiser is sold (but the offer does exclude residents in Alabama, California, and Texas). Just go to their  free beer site to register, and you’ll also be entered into a contest to win 10,000 free beers. You’ll need to be a member of Budweisers “ My Cooler Rewards ” program to enter. Post a picture of your vaccination sticker (not vaccination card) with #shotforsam and tag @samueladamsbeer on Twitter or Instagram. Samuel Adams will send you $5 via CashApp to get yourself a beer at your favorite pub. You will need to be registered on CashApp to claim your prize. The offer began on April 12 and will be available through May 15 . G/O Media may get a commission Throw in a free Krispy Kreme donut We  reported before about the donut you can get for your vaccination, but it bears repeating here, because it’s still going: Krispy Kreme is giving away a free original glazed donut to anyone who presents their vaccination card at a Krispy Kreme location. Customers who have had either one or two vaccination shots are eligible to receive their free donut, but contrary to Sam Adam’s offer, a vaccination sticker will not suffice. The physical card must be brought to a Krispy Kreme location showing proof of your vaccination status. Get your vaccination card laminated for free Your vaccination card is a valuable piece of paper that not only gets you free stuff, but will also likely be important for other things in the near future. We suggest using a lanyard to preserve your vaccination card—it’s less permanent that way, especially if you’ll need more information added—but places like Staples and Office Depot are offering free lamination. Just bring your card to any participating location through July 25. Take a free ride on Lyft or Uber Uber and Lyft have vowed to help individuals get to and from their vaccination appointments, regardless of their financial standing. Uber  began offering ten million free rides to essential workers and is expanding that offer to those traveling to their COVID-19 vaccination appointments, and Lyft is offering the same service—all you need to do is fill out their online form to participate. Try to get an employee bonus Some companies are offering straight up cash for proof of vaccinations. Recently, companies like Aldi, Love’s, and Petco are offering anywhere from $75 to $500 to employees who show proof they have been fully vaccinated. The legality of these offers is certainly in question, but might as well give it a try while the offers are valid. Smoke some free weed Some dispensaries have hoped on the vaccination appreciation train and are offering free cannabis, and products range from pre-rolled joints  to free edibles . Research the local dispensaries to see if they’re offering any COVID-19 vaccinations in your area to participate. Subscribe to our newsletter! Upgrade your life, one email at a time.
